Jaafari : Il est impossible de lutter contre le terrorisme sans coordonner avec le gouvernement et l’armée syriens

New York / Le délégué permanent de la Syrie auprès de l’ONU, Bachar Jaafari, a affirmé qu’il est impossible de lutter contre le terrorisme sans la coordination avec le gouvernement légitime et l’armée syriens.
Dans une interview avec le correspondant de l’agence de presse russe «Tass», Jaafari a fait savoir, en commentant les raids aériens menés par les chasseurs français en Syrie, que le président français François Hollande n’avait pas coordonné cette mesure avec le président Bachar al-Assad et que l’armée française avait agi sans s’accorder avec les forces armées syriennes.
«Il est impossible de lutter contre le terrorisme sans coopérer avec le gouvernement et l’armée syriens», a assuré Jaafari qui a fait valoir que la France n’a pas le droit de lutter contre le terrorisme de cette façon unilatérale, même si elle fait partie de la Coalition.
«Cette Coalition est américaine et non pas internationale et ne se base pas sur une résolution du Conseil de sécurité», a martelé Jaafari.
En ce qui concerne les propos du président Hollande, selon lesquels «le président al-Assad n’a pas de rôle dans l’avenir de la Syrie », Jaafari a insisté sur le fait que Hollande, en appelant à changer le régime, s’est opposé à la charte de l’ONU.

New York, SANA -Syria’s Permanent Representative to the UN Bashar al-Jaafari said it is impossible to fight terrorism without coordinating with the legitimate government in Syria and the Syrian Arab Army.

Commenting on the French air strikes in Syria, al-Jaafari told the Russian News Agency (TASS) correspondent that French President Francois Hollande didn’t coordinate those procedures with President Bashar al-Assad.. The French
army
behaved without concordance with the Syrian armed forces.

Syria’s Representative to the UN added that fighting terrorism is impossible without
cooperation with the legitimate government in Syria and the Syrian Arab Army, and that is exactly what the Russian President Vladimir Putin has meant when he described the Syrian Army as the only legitimate army which should be dealt with in combating terrorism.

France has no right in fighting terrorism unilaterally even it was a member of the so-called the alliance, al-Jaafari said, adding that this alliance is an American one, but not an international alliance and it isn’t based on a UN Security Council resolution and not unanimously backed .

In the same context, sources told TASS that office of the Secretary General of the UN was not informed about French strikes.

Over Hollande’s statement on that “President al-Assad has no role in the future of Syria”, al- Jaafari said .. that by calling to change the regime, “Hollande contradicts the UN Charter.. Such words show ignorance; mainly they were uttered at the UN headquarters.

Addressing the 2015 UN Sustainable Development Summit on Saturday, al-Jaafari said that terrorism is burning up everything all around and wiping out all the achievements made by the Syrians towards achieving development and Syria’s
economy, infrastructure, resources, its youth’s potentials and civilization are all
jeopardized by terrorism.

Also, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova underlined earlier that the French air strikes, without authorisation of the UN Security Council and the approval f the legitimate government of the country, violate the international law.

الجعفري: من المستحيل مكافحة الإرهاب دون التنسيق مع الحكومة السورية والجيش العربي السوري

أكد مندوب سورية الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة الدكتور بشار الجعفري أن من المستحيل مكافحة الإرهاب دون التنسيق مع الحكومة الشرعية في سورية والجيش العربي السوري.

وقال الجعفري في لقاء مع مراسل وكالة الأنباء الروسية تاس تعليقا على شن طائرات فرنسية غارات جوية داخل سورية.. “إن الرئيس الفرنسي فرانسوا هولاند لم ينسق تلك الإجراءات مع الرئيس بشار الأسد .. وقد تصرف الجيش الفرنسي بدون اتفاق مع القوات المسلحة السورية” موضحا “أنه من المستحيل أن تحارب الإرهاب دون التعاون مع الحكومة الشرعية في سورية والجيش السوري وهذا هو بالضبط ما عناه الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين عندما وصف الجيش السوري بأنه القوة الشرعية التي يجب التعامل معها في مكافحة الإرهاب”.

وشدد الجعفري على أن فرنسا لا تملك الحق في مكافحة الإرهاب بهذه الطريقة من جانب واحد حتى وإن كانت عضوا فيما يدعى بالتحالف.. مضيفا.. “إن هذا التحالف أمريكي وليس دوليا ولا يعتمد على قرار من مجلس الأمن الدولي وليس مدعوما بالإجماع”.
ولدى اتصال وكالة تاس بمكتب الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بان كي مون قالت مصادر في المكتب إنه لم يجر إخبارهم بشأن الغارات.

وفي تعليقه على قول الرئيس الفرنسي هولاند بأن “الرئيس بشار الأسد ليس له دور في مستقبل سورية” قال الجعفري.. “إنه ومن خلال دعوته لتغيير النظام فإن هولاند يناقض ميثاق الأمم المتحدة” مضيفا.. “إن كلمات من هذا النوع تنم عن الجهل ولا سيما إن أطلقت من مقر الأمم المتحدة”.

وكان الجعفري أكد أمس في قمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية أن سورية تعاني من موجة تطرف وارهاب موجهين عن بعد وغير مسبوقين منذ أكثر من أربعة أعوام مشيرا إلى أن هذا الإرهاب يحرق كل ما حوله ويبدد منجزات ومسيرة السوريين نحو التنمية ويحاول تدمير اقتصاد سورية وبنيتها التحتية وسرقة مواردها بشكل ممنهج ويهدد أمنها وسلامة مواطنيها.

فيما أكدت روسيا اليوم على لسان المتحدثة باسم وزارة خارجيتها ماريا زاخاروفا أن الغارات الجوية الفرنسية على مواقع تنظيم “داعش” الإرهابي في سورية دون تفويض من مجلس الأمن الدولي وموافقة الحكومة الشرعية في البلاد مخالفة للقانون الدولي.
